At Greenora Decor, we want your journey with our artisanal planters to be as seamless and natural as the plants they hold. Here is everything you need to know about how we grow together.

Shipping Policy

At Greenora, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the order has been packed and dispatched.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

  • Greenora will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

At Greenora, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Eligible Cases

  • Wrong product received.

  • Product received in a damaged or defective condition.

Reporting an Issue

A return or exchange request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery. To initiate the request, please email us at greenoradecor@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photographs of the product showing the issue.

  • A complete unboxing video clearly highlighting the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Resolution

  • If the product is found to be damaged or defective, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund for the affected product will be processed.

Important Note

The damaged or defective product will not be picked up or collected by Greenora. Customers may dispose of the product after the claim has been approved and resolved.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or size due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing processes.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

Damage Policy

While we take great care in transit, accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours. We will promptly send a replacement or refund the amount. 

COD Terms

  • To confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, customers are required to pay an advance amount of ₹250 at the time of placing the order.

  • The remaining order amount can be paid upon delivery.

  • The advance payment of ₹250 is non-refundable, as it is used to cover shipping, packaging, and order processing costs.

  • In case the customer refuses to accept the order, is unavailable for delivery, or cancels the order after dispatch, the advance amount will not be refunded.

  • If Greenora is unable to fulfill or ship the order due to any reason from our end, the advance amount will be refunded in full.

  • By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
