Once your planter is on its way, we'll send a tracking link to you, so you can watch its journey to your home.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to get nature to you faster. Please contact us within 2 hours of placement for any adjustments.

Where do you deliver?
We offer Pan-India shipping, ensuring every corner of the country can grow beautifully with Geetangan.
How long does delivery take?
Typically, your new green companions arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email clear photos and/or a video of the product to geetangandecor@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the return process.
If a return or replacement is not possible, a full refund for the affected item will be processed using the original payment method.
Damage
What if my planter arrives damaged?
We pack with care, but if a breakage occurs, please send us a photo within 48 hours for a free replacement.
COD
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept prepaid orders only. All payments must be completed online at the time of placing your order using our secure payment methods.
